Though Gerald may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gerald touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Shear and Alice E. Shear (Fuller); and his significant other Frances Shear (Griffin). He is survived by: his children, Debbie Shear, Gary Shear and Jimmy Shear; and his grandchildren, Matthew Shear, Mickayla Shear and Emily Shear.
