It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Neumire Sr. of Reading Center, New York, who passed away on February 17, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Fran Neumire and Becky Bush; and his son-in-law Calvin Crouch. He is survived by: his wife Ann Neumire (Landry); his children, Daniel Jr. (JoAnn) of Montour Falls, Donald (Tracy) of Watkins Glen, Dale (Janet) of St. Rose, LA, Dana (Christine) of Rochester, Nancy Crouch of Montour Falls and Cindy Neumire of Spartanburg, SC; and his siblings, Mickey Neumire (Brenda) of New Hampshire, Arlene of Corning and Sally of Watkins Glen. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
A memorial donation in his memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
