He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Viele and Mary Hadcock Viele; his wife JoAnn Longley Viele; and his sister Georgia Martin of Weedsport. He is survived by: his children, Joleen Watts (Norm) of Chittenango and John Viele (Sherri) of Fair Haven; and his sister Barbara Knox of Red Creek. He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
