He is survived by: his friends, Stanford, Yale and Princeton; his wife Karen; his daughter Maria; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Mandy Yocono, Thomas and Ashley Yocono; his great grandchild Lucas; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Susan Cinquemani; his grandchildren, Emily and Anthony; his daughter Anna Cinquemani (Stevan Jennis); his granddaughter Olivia; his daughter Nina; his son-in-law Christopher Link; his grandchildren, Lucia, Miriam and Sebastian; his daughter Sara; his son-in-law Michael Marlin; his granddaughters, Leah, Alexandra and Cora; and his siblings, Leonard, Michael and Rosalie Cinquemani.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Anthony's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
