He is survived by: his significant other Lynn Sullinger (Eckes); his daughters, Victoria Collier of Albuquerque, NM, Krystyn Lloyd (Joshua) of Red Hook, NY, Chelsea Sullinger (Robert Sousa) of Red Hook, NY and Shelby Zachman (Thomas) of Pleasant Valley, NY.; his grandchildren, Austin Rowland (Amy), Jaxon Parrow, Julian Lloyd, Diana and Lilliana Zachman; his siblings, Shawn Sullinger (Bernadette Knopfli) and Johnna Dema (James); his in-laws, Suzanne Eckes, Robert Eckes, Laura Pettit and Robert Pettit (Theresa); and his pet Shadow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In honor of Butch, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
