He was predeceased by: his parents, Orion Fowler and Agnes Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Janet Hinkein; his sons, Christopher, Stephen of Red Hook and Randale (Kate) of Kinderhook; his grandson Oreon; and his brothers, F. Thomas Fowler of New Brunswick and Robert Fowler (Heddy) of Red Hook. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins, colleagues and friends.
