Lyle K. Denegar Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lyle K. Denegar of Red Hook, New York, who passed away on July 22, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lyle K. Denegar to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Denegar (Gruntler) and Albert Denegar; his sisters, Ethel Rabbett and Doris King; and his grandson Christian Baldwin.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Denegar (Groat); his nieces, Patricia Rabbett Schultz and Eileen Rabbett Mitchell; his niece-in-law Shirley Rabbett; and his nephew Scott Brundage. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, cousins, and close family friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Burnett and White Funeral Home (7461 S Broadway, Red Hook, NY 12571). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (7412 S Broadway, Red Hook, NY 12571).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Lyle's name may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or the Dutchess County SPCA.
