He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Bathrick and Minnie Bathrick; his wife Gloria Fallon; his sons, Michael Bathrick and Robert Bathrick Jr.; his brother Vernon "Junior" Bathrick; his sister-in-law Beverly Bathrick; and his friend Dave Bloomer.

He is survived by: his siblings, David Bathrick of Red Hook and Sandy Kramer of Red Hook; his daughter Debbie Gueldner of Red Hook; his daughters-in-law, Debbie Bathrick of Kyle, TX and Cathi McCloskey of New Smyrna Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Gloria Launhardt (Parker) of Red Hook, Lisa Miller (Joe) of Kyle, TX, Melissa Freer (Chris Finazzo) of St. Louis, MO, Steven Bathrick (Amanda) of New Smyrna Beach, FL and Michael Bathrick (Ashley) of Port Orange, FL; his stepgranddaughter Alicia Friss (Casey Ingram); and his nephew Allen Mathieu of Red Hook, NY. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
