Burns III; his parents, Thomas J. Burns and Margaret "Peggy" Riley; his brother James Burns of White Plains, NY; and his daughters, Cheryl "Cherie" Russell and Donna Murdock of Red Hook, NY.. He was also cherished by his seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
