With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nistor Ardeleanu of Rego Park, New York, who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Dumitru Ardeleanu and Clemansa Ardeleanu; and his wife Eugenia Ardeleanu. He is survived by : his son Dan Ardeleano; his daughter-in-law Sara; his granddaughter Chloe; his daughter Simona Cassatly (Ryan); his grandsons, Samuel, Hunter and Harry; and his friend Teresa Ortiz McLarney.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Josephs RC Church (95 Plum Brook Rd, Somers, NY 10589). A burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (49-02 Laurel Hill Blvd, Woodside, NY 11377).
