He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Kardash and Jean Kardash (Pickulski); his wife Nancy L. LaGalles; his daughter Jennifer Barnes (Lance); his grandchildren, Josie, Brandon, Emily and Rebecca Pisani (Joseph); and his great grandchildren, Salvatore and Isabella.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to local area Rod & Gun Clubs, or to the Remsen BB Gun Club.
