She was predeceased by : her parents, Michael Kurtak and Esther Kurtak; her husband Adam Dubinsky; and her sons, Eugene and Ronald (Carol).
She is survived by : her son Gary of Remsen; and her grandchildren, Tracey (Chris), Michael (Holly), David (Heather) and Daniel.
