He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald O'Hara and Agnes Flook (Patterson); and his brothers, Jeffrey, Michael and Ronald O'Hara.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jennifer Henthorne of Syracuse and Jeannie Aldridge (Robert) of Chase Mills; his niece Kimberly Peterson (Marie); and his nephews, Keith Aldridge (Jaylene), Kevin Webb, Jeremy Webb (Erin), Matthew Webb and Ernest Clark. He is also survived by aunts, an uncle, cousins, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
