He was predeceased by: his aunt Colleen Breedlove-Scully. He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Thoennes (Otto Thoennes) and Jeff Smith (Dawn); his nephew Travis Smith; his cousins, Cameron Breedlove, Savannah Breedlove, Tyler Breedlove and Liam Breedlove-Scully; and his uncles, William and Robert Breedlove.
