He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Sloane and Dorothy Cunniff Sloane; his wife Amber A. Sloane; and his brother John. He is survived by : his children, John Sloane (Aleks) of Rotterdam, Gail Sloane of Loudonville, Frank Sloane (Kat) of Loudonville, Amber Nielsen (John) of St. Augustine, FL, Thomas Sloane (Lu) of Loudonville, Michael Sloane (Connie) of Rensselaer and Michelle Jacobs (Jeremy) of Colonie; his grandchildren, Deirdra, John, Emily, Kylie, Jack, Andrea and Chloe; and his sister Dorothea Burdick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
