He is survived by: his wife Karen Webster; his children, Matthew Webster and Meghan Fennell (Webster); his siblings, Jeffery Webster, Robbin Scott and Mary Jackson; and his grandchildren, Winston Webster, Isla Webster, Camille Webster and James Fennell Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
