He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Schuurman; his sons, Peter Schuurman, David Schuurman and Scott Schuurman; his sister Johanna Giuliano; his grandchildren, Allison Schuurman, Sarah Schuurman and Daniel Schuurman; and his great grandchildren, Noah Hamilton, Eva Hamilton and Quinn Hamilton.
