He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Lilybelle (Welsh); and his siblings, Carol Peirce (David) and Conrad McGovern (Carol). He is survived by: his significant other Barbara (Noel); and his children, James (Carol), Michael (Stacey), Patrick McGovern (Karen) and Colleen McGovern Winglosky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a few friends.
