He is survived by: his wife Annie; his daughters, Deborah Rozniewski (Louis), Lisa Root (late Fred), Wendy Van Slyke (David) and Tina Hoyt; his grandchildren, Mark, Adam, Ryan, Ashley, Marley and Anneke; and his great grandchildren, Sadianne, Easton and Audrianna.
