We announce the death of Mark A. Carlson in Rensselaer, New York, born in Cohoes, New York, who passed away on August 14, 2026, at the age of 70. Mark will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Carlson and Theresa Carlson (Marra). He is survived by: his spouse Lynn; his children, Alex Carlson (Tarah), Nathan Carlson and Ryan Carlson (Darlene); his grandchildren, Bella Peasley, William Carlson and Lydia Carlson; and his siblings, Audrey, Bill (Aimee) and Richard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
