He is survived by: his spouse Enecita "Ann" Formentera; and his siblings, Kathryn Henry, William La Marre, Jr. (Donna), Donna Tremblay (Philip), Tricia Smith (Barry) and Christine Myers (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; the many friends.
