He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hoffman and Adella Hoffman (Anderson); and his siblings, Lorraine Stults, Joseph, Edward and Robert Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Hoffman (McGriel); his sons, James Hoffman of Castleton, NY and Jeffrey Hoffman of Latham, NY; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Hoffman (Marissa) of Winter Park, FL, Tyler Hoffman of Latham, NY, Brianna Hoffman of Fairfield, CT, Alena Hoffman of Bridgeport, CT and Arianna Hoffman of Latham, NY; his great grandchildren, Tytan, Houstyn, Jetsyn and Lennyn Hoffman of Winter Park, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Jo-Ann O, Clair and Karen VanEpps. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
