He was predeceased by : his parents, Milton R. Fitzgerald and June C. Fitzgerald (Shaver); his brother Robert; and his sister-in-law Maureen Fitzgerald (Malone). He is survived by : his wife Donna Fitzgerald (Rogers); his sister Patricia Schindler (Arthur Sr.) of Tiverton, RI.; his mother-in-law Lorraine Rogers of East Greenbush, NY; his sisters-in-law, Darlene Rogers of Albany, NY, Darcy Rogers of East Greenbush, NY and Deneane Rogers of East Greenbush, N. Y; his niece Ashley Hayes of Pascagoula, MS; his nephews, Calvin Williams of Albany, NY and Jahlil Nails; and his brother Jim Hennessy (Kathy) of Forest Hill. He is also survived by 3 children from my first marriage, 6 grandchildren.

Before the Covid-19 pandemic, a few members of my Lansingburgh High School class of '74 visited me at our home.
