She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer H. Cross and Ethel Smith Cross; her husbands, Joseph M. Mirabile and Irving Sheffer; and her sister Shirley E Cross of Rensselaer, NY..
She is survived by: her children, Jane Berical (Daniel) of Wellfleet, MA, Ruth Milano (Frank) of Delmar, NY, Amy Schrom (Richard) of Hoosick Falls, NY and Eric Sheffer of Eastham, MA. She is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the W. J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home, Inc. (1700 Washington Ave, Rensselaer, NY 12144). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
