He was loved and cherished by many people including : his siblings, Richard Mastin, Linda Perkins and Diane Barrows; his wife Cynthia; his children, Joshua Costa (Mandy) of Retsof and Angela Pascuzzo (Lancing) of Piffard; his granddaughters, Madalena and Isabella; his sister Mary Newland (Robert) of Batavia; and his parents, Sandy Costa and Doris Baker Costa. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
