Frank W. Cermak Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank W. Cermak of Rexford, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cermak and Mary Cermak; and his siblings, Kathy Cermak Smith and John Cermak. He is survived by: his wife Kerry A. Cermak (Ciarmello); his children, Leah Dimler (Michael), Samantha Daniels (John), Frankie Cermak (Lauren) and Nikki Cermak; his grandchildren, Ian, Sloane, Hannah and Cassidy; and his sister Anne Mancuso (George). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
