We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2022, at the age of 95, Ruth Van Schaick of Rexford, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Elizabeth Male and Sidney Male of Niskayuna; her siblings, Esther Laudato and Aaron Male; her great grandchild Brennan Van Schaick; and her close friend Roland Bluto.

She is survived by : her sons, Paul Van Schaick (Linda) and David VanSchaick (Shirley) of Rexford; her grandchildren, Tom Van Schaick (Anita), Jim Van Schaick (Julie), Amy Scrivener (Jim O'Connell), Alethea Johnston (Jason), Sarah Dudek (Matt) of Southern Shores, SC and Jessica VanSchaick (Bryan Bailes) of Las Vegas; her great grandchildren, Maria Ostergaard (Christian), Mitchell Van Schaick (Kassie), Garett Van Schaick (Bree Cogan), Victoria Brice, Madison Odom, Jarred Odom, Sydney Odom, Primus Odom, Lilian Scrivener, Ian Dudek, James Dudek, Cooper Johnston and Quinn Johnston; and her great great grandchildren, Lane Van Schaick, Weston Van Schaick and Kacey Van Schaick.
