She was predeceased by : her parents, John Stephen Swinko, Sr. and Dorothy Elizabeth Swinko (Booth); her husband Philip Joseph Pomeroy; her parents-in-law, Gordon Pomeroy and Teresa Rought; her brother John Swinko, Jr. (Jack); her nephew Kevin Joseph Swinko (Joey); and her siblings-in-law, Caisimer Joseph Maslinski (CJ), Joe VanNess and Thelma (Albert Depew).

She is survived by : her close friend Philip Kennard of Whitesville, NY; her sisters, Marjorie Bravo (Duane) of Elmira, NY and Jean Maslinski; and her sister-in-law Narda Webber (Ron) of Beaver Dams, NY. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Anne Marie's name to Livingston County Hospice, Mt. Morris, NY 14510 or Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Rexville, NY 14877.
