He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Verrilli and Maude; his former wife Kay Tremper Verrilli; his daughter Mary Virginia; and his brother Richard Verrilli.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Verrilli; his children, Colin (Cathy Farmer), Stewart (Jane Brien), Matthew (Betsey McCall), Bianca (Dominic Capaccio), Ariana (Thomas Heckel) and Gregory Verrilli (Kait Spyhalsky); his grandchildren, Danielle, Marianne, Alberto, Gianmarco, Graham, Emersyn, Imogen and Ferris; his great grandchildren, Clara and Anna; and his siblings, Patricia Riedel and Donald Verrilli. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Burnett and White Funeral Home (7461 S Broadway, Red Hook, NY 12571). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Christopher's Church (7411 S Broadway, Red Hook, NY 12571).
In lieu of flowers, donations in George's memory can be made to the Red Hook Community Center or to the Neugarten Family Birth Center at Northern Dutchess Hospital.
