James left this world on June 6, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellington Rosell and Irene Casey Rosell; and his wife Geraldine Layman Rosell. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Rosell Keith (Eric) of Houston and Charlene Rosell Rosenberry (Sam) of Poughkeepsie; his grandchildren, Erin Weimann (Mike), Michael Rosenberry (Kelly), Sarah Stephan (Drew) and Rachael Goldsberry (Taylor); and his close friend Barbara Haight. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph's Church, Rhinebeck; St. Jude.
