He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Stanford Lewis and Harriet Crabtree. He is survived by: his wife Eloise Crabtree; his children, Donald Crabtree of Port Ewen, NY, David Crabtree of Wappingers Falls, NY and Kathleen Kalcevic of South Fork, PA; and his grandchildren, Kira and Dana.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Burnett & White Funeral Home (91 E Market St, Rhinebeck, NY 12572). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the St. John's Reformed Church Cemetery (126 Old Post Rd N, Red Hook, NY 12571).
