She is survived by: her brother Walter; her husband Fritz Sautter; her child Carola Friederike; her brother Eberhard; her son-in-law David Solomon; her grandsons, Adam Solomon (Alexis Sarandon) and Luke Solomon (Rachel Schuh); her great grandchildren, Cooper and Rudiger; and her pet Rudy.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
