He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Slaughter and Nellie Wainman Slaughter. He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Shaw; his sons, Scott (Jim Batchelder) of Cape Cod, MA, Robert (Lori) of Ilion and Richard of Ilion; his grandchildren, Michael, Jacob, Emily Slaughter and Steven Shepardson (Rachael); and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Shaw (Gloria), William Shaw and Sandra Bennett (Ray). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
