He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Proctor Jr. and Mary Proctor of Richmondville, NY.; his wife Polly Proctor; his children, Ryan, Danielle (Neil) and Jessica (Nathan); his grandchildren, Robert and Carter Cook; his brothers, Donald Proctor and Ray Proctor III; and his grandson Neil Cook Jr..
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home (171 Elm St, Cobleskill, NY 12043).
