She is survived by: her aunt Lunette (Jeffries); her uncle Joe Parker; her children, Bonnie Brown, Rudy Hayes (Sylvia), Mary Hayes Gordon (Dean) and Marc Hayes (Shelly); her daughter-in-law Connie Hayes; her grandchildren, Kindra Douglas, Mecca Mastropoalo, Ahmad Brown, Erin Hayes, Clarence D. Hayes III (Casey), Brianna Hayes, Aleha Hayes-Woodward, Daniel Wilson, Rutherford Hayes Jr. (Rudy), James Hayes, Kristle Hayes, Hannah Gordon, Max Gordon, David Gordon, Savannah Hayes, Cecelia Hayes and Rebekkah Hayes; and her cousin Joe Rudy Parker. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
She distributed charity items, often from her own home.
