She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Koester; and her brothers, Thomas and George "Lanny" Ryan. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Koester and Lauren Koester (Sean Wandrei); her siblings, Ann Bender and Denis Ryan CSsR; her grandson Ricky; her great grandchild Isabella; her grandchildren, Adam Koester and Samantha Koester-Torres; and her great grandchildren, Landon and Lyla. She is also survived by friends and all animals.
