He is survived by: his significant other Beatrice Lang; his children, Thomas Charles Schneider and Christine Marie O'Brien; and his grandchildren, Thomas Cole Schneider, Michael Thomas O'Brien, Charles Richard Schneider and Kate Helene O'Brien.
