Vincent A. Lanzone Sr. Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Vincent A. Lanzone Sr. of Ridge, New York. Vincent, born on April 30, 1935, passed away on September 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lanzone and Gaetana Lanzone (Tata); his wife Carol Luther; his son-in-law Bernard "Bernie" Lewis; his great grandchild Siena Lewis; his brother Anthony "Tony" Lanzone; his sister-in-law Mary Carol Lanzone; and his sisters, Nina (Dr. Robert Chauvin) and Patricia Luther.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Lewis of Stillwater, Linda Ontkush (George) of Valley Falls, Laurie Ballo (Robert) of Ballston Lake, Lois Weeden (Jeffery) of Pittstown, Vincent Lanzone Jr. (Michael Ryan) of Troy and James Lanzone (Wendy) of Stillwater; his grandchildren, Justyn Saunders, Jonathan Saunders, Jodi Michaels and Ian; his great grandchildren, Kiera, Jonathan, Lucas, Emma, Johnny, Jordan, Sawyer, Easton, Kieran, Eve, Alexander, Edward, Dawsyn and Nolan; his brother Joseph Lanzone; and his sister-in-law Nancy Garland.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hudson Church (121 North Main St, Mechanicville, NY 12118). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at the Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
