He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Maciukiewicz and Dolores Maciukiewicz (Szypinski); and his brother Dr. Paul Macik. He is survived by: his wife Polly Felton; and his sisters, Peggy Weber (Gary) of North East, PA, Barbara Brown (Charles) of Westfield, NY, Janet Fuller (Mark) of Moonlight Mesa and Deadra Markijon (Jerry) of Sanford, NC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
