He is survived by: his wife Neta; and his children, Michael Ziolkowski of West Virginia, Tracy Henry (Jim) of Ohio, Cricket Ziolkowski of Westfield, NY and Patrick Ziolkowski (Sarah) of Florida. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
