It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edythe Tomkinson of Riverhead, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on November 1, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Edythe may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Edythe touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her husband Russell; and her brother Robert Kopman. She is survived by: her nephews, Giovanni Cosentino and Kirk VanSwearingen (Louise); her niece Joy VanSwearingen; and her close friends, Jeri, Carol and Valerie. She is also survived by her many business associates, friends and family.
