He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William John Eckert and Katherine Eliz Eckert; his daughters, Brenda Mayo (Kevin) and Jeannette Kiesling (Brian); his grandchildren, Austin, Brandon, Samantha, Alexa, Parker, Sarah, Marlo and Matt; his brothers, Richard Eckert (Ann) and William Eckert (late Gerry); and his close friend Richard Bozzella.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home (2084 Horseblock Road, Medford, NY 11763). A prayer will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (3442 NY-112, Coram, NY 11727).
