He is survived by: his wife Deborah Spatula; his children, Chris Spatula (Lona), JoAnne Ford (David), Karen Spatula (Tony), Kyle Savage (Heather), Kurt Savage and Amy Mcelligott; and his brother Sam Spatula. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
