He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anna Cook, Jim and Joan Sheehan. He is survived by: his parents, Bob Cook and Nora Sheehan; and his siblings, Emily VandeVen (Tom), Melissa Taylor (Reed), Laurie Merle, Den and Nick Bump. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, a great niece and nephew, aunts, uncles and many cousins.
