He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio D'Onofrio and Angelina D'Onofrio. He is survived by: his wife Sandra D'Onofrio; his children, Nicholas D'Onofrio and Gina Caparco (Dan); his grandchildren, Daniella, Juliana Caparco, Nicholas and Gia D'Onofrio; his sister Nancy Pettine (Ray); and his siblings-in-law, Roland, Gloria Pelliccia, Paula McKelvie and Steve Pelliccia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. Pius X Church (3010 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624).
