He is survived by: his wife MaryAnne Woods; his children, Jennifer Woods (Nicholas Belluccio) and Frank Woods; his grandchildren, Adriana, Alessandra and Adam; and his siblings, Kitty Kolozvary and Billy Woods (Tacy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in his memory.
