He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joanne, Robert Pratt and Janice Phelps. He is survived by: his parents, David Pratt and Tina Pratt; his brother Mathew Pratt; his grandfather Harold Phelps (Joe); his uncles, Joseph Phelps, Jules Wood and Paul Pratt (Chris); his aunt Pam O'Sullivan (Tim); and his cousins, Nicole Pratt (Travis), Danielle Douglass (Zack), Joanna O'Sullivan, Kerri Sells (Bill) and Dominic Phelps (Gina). He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
