She was predeceased by: her husband Greg "Chess" Carges; her parents, Lawrence Colwell and Mary Jean Colwell; her parents-in-law, Andrew and Agnes Carges; and her brother Paul Colwell.
She is survived by: her daughter Valerie Bonavilla (Jon); her granddaughter Lake Bonavilla; her siblings, Sue Perry (Dave) and Larry Colwell (Jill); and her siblings-in-law, Barb Carges, Peter Carges and Christopher Carges (Joanne).
