With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anne Kaplan of Rochester, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 16, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Anne had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Anne may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Shuchatowitz and Bluma Heiman; and her sisters, Dubby and Shira. She is survived by: her husband Elliot Kaplan; her son Daniel Kaplan (Leigh Lambert); and her brothers, Mordechai Shuchatowitz (Chana Etta), Moshe Shuchatowitz (Malka) and Yakov Shuchatowitz (Roberta). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
