Annunziata Johnson Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincenzo Zagari and Maria Zagari; and her siblings, Francesco Zagari, Vincenzo Zagari and Maria Zagari.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Johnson Jr.; her children, Paul Surace, Vincent Surace, Joseph Surace, Tina Surace Palazzo and Amanda Howell (Brian); her grandchildren, Michael Surace, Gia Surace, Christina Surace, Dominic Bock and Christian Howell; and her brother Giuseppe Zagari. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Lung Association in her memory. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Annunziata "Tina" Johnson 's name.
